Bombardier Airplane Customization

A local private jet was having issues with rattling dishes during takeoff. They asked us to help solve the problem by cutting out some organizers. These were cut out of 2” thick foam to the fit the each of the cups, glasses, and plates. The top of the foam was covered with black velvet flocking to give it that jewelry box type of look and feel.

This project was a very enjoyable one - great clients, a fun photoshoot, and going aboard a private jet! These inserts can be made for any make and model of aircraft, bombardier, Boeing, Embraer, Gulfstream - just send us the dimensions and we can get cutting!
